Dan Kimball is the owner of Fiachra Forms LLC. Dan holds a Masters degree in Counseling and is a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor. He has over 11 years of experience in several mental health environments, and has been using automated forms for his charting needs since 1999. This has given him a strong foundation in user-centered design related to electronic forms application.
In addition to starting Fiachra Forms in 2007 as an internet start-up, he holds particular interest in health care technology, graphic design and web site development.
Why Fiachra Forms? The name Fiachra is 'Raven' and many Haida myths and legends often suggest the raven as a provider to mankind.
Interesting Facts: Dan is a practicing Master’s level group therapist working with severely mentally ill adults in a partial hospital setting. He is a Shaolin Kung Fu practitioner, and is a member of the School of Tao Chi.
Personal Statement: I enjoy projects that can benefit the mental health profession. I believe in what I do, which begins with the desire to help people use technology to do a better job clinically.
